What time do the gates open?
Gates open at 5:00 p.m. on Friday and Saturday. Vendors will be serving at this time. Come early and enjoy the park!
Are we able to leave the park and gain re-admittance?
Please note that once your admission ticket is scanned, there will be no re admittance if you leave Lakefront Music Fest grounds.
Is there parking available in the park?
No parking is available in the park during Lakefront Music Fest. Click here for shuttle and detailed parking information.
What if it is raining?
In the event of inclement weather, the show will be interrupted, and resume again as soon as weather permits. Tickets are sold on a “rain or shine” basis, and no refunds will be given for delays or cancellations due to bad weather. In the event of evacuation, patrons will be transported to Twin and Hidden Oaks Middle Schools.
What is the lineup for both days?
Are admission tickets available for purchase around town?

Where can I stay close by?
Mystic Lake Casino Hotel, our presenting partner, is located less than 10 minutes from the park. Click here for more information.
Do you have camping at the park?
We do not have camping right at the park. Dakotah Meadows RV Park is less than 10 minutes from the park and is just south of Mystic Lake Casino Hotel. Click here for more information.
Can I bring in my own food or beverages?
As this is a fundraising event and much of our food and beverage sales make up the money raised for the Rotary Club of Prior Lake and local non-profit organizations, outside food and beverages are not allowed at the event. We have a variety of food vendors in the park and will be selling a variety of beers, wines, and pop, as well as water. We will also have security checking any bags and strollers at the admission gates to ensure compliance.

What about coolers and bags, can I bring them to the event?
As Prior Lake Rotary’s Lakefront Music Fest continuously develops security measures to deliver the safest event possible, the following bag policy will be implemented. It is intended this policy will also improve entry process into park.
Bag Policy:
• Up to one clear bag per person not exceeding 12″ x 6″ x 12″ -OR- one small clutch bag -OR- purse (with or without a handle or strap) no larger than 4.5″ x 6.5.”
• Diaper bag, must be accompanied with a proper-aged child
• Medical-necessary equipment bags after proper inspection at the gates. The only items allowed in such bags are medical-necessary items.
Bags found to be in violation of this policy will not be allowed into the event area and event producer will not accept responsibility or liability for any bags or prohibited items not allowed in the event area.
ALLOWED IN CONCERT AREA
• Chairs and blankets are allowed, but it is recommended to bring chairs that fold up easily and are easy to get on and off shuttle buses. Chairs are required to come bag free. No chair bags allowed.
• Strollers

NOT ALLOWED IN CONCERT AREA
• Umbrellas, Flags, Bags for chairs, Coolers

Will there be any merchandise for sale at the event?
Yes, we will have event apparel and available for purchase while supplies last.
Will the artists have merchandise for sale?
Yes, most will sell merchandise, usually during and following their performance.
Will I need cash or credit card?
The event is completely cashless. Please come prepared with a Debit or Credit Card.
What should I leave at home?
- Coolers – Oversized Umbrellas – Food and beverages – Pets (Service dogs are permitted)

- Guns are not permitted on Lakefront Music Fest grounds. All entries will go through a physical search for unsafe items or items not allowed

Are chairs provided or should I bring my own?
Chairs are not provided. You may bring blankets or chairs to sit on. Chair bags are not allowed. Please make sure your chairs are easy to get on and off the bus. (Click here for shuttle bus information), i.e., folding chairs that are not too large. Chairs are provided in VIP area with purchase of VIP ticket. Chairs are not allowed to be taken into VIP area.
Are there reserved seats?
No, except in the VIP area. There is no reserved seating provided in Lakefront Music Fest general admission area. All guests are allowed to bring your own lawn chair and/or blanket. Saving spaces is not permitted. Seating is provided in VIP section, but those seats are not reserved and available on first come, first served basis.
Do children need to pay admission?
Children 10 and under are admitted free of charge. Ages 11 and older are required to pay admission. Children 15 and under must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times.
Is the event family friendly?
Our event is geared more towards adults with no specific activities for children. If you want to bring your children, those 10 and under are free and must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times. Must be 21 years old for admission to VIP area with purchase of VIP ticket.
Do you have a shuttle service to the park?
Yes, we have free shuttle service running to and from the park from a number of locations. Click here for more information.
Can I bring food or drinks on the bus?
No food or alcoholic beverages are allowed on the free bus shuttles.
Where can I park and walk to the park?
We have several parking lots near the park that are convenient to park and walk. Click here for more information.
Is there motorcycle parking in the park?
No, however, there is free parking at several nearby locations with shuttles that run to Lakefront Park.
Do you have any disability accommodations?
Yes we do. Disabled guests will be provided these accommodations:
- Special off-site parking
- Special transportation from off-site parking lots
- Limited “Shuttle Transportation” while in the park
- Handicap accessible portable toilets.

Will Ride Share be available?
Yes.
Arriving via Uber & Lyft - Drop off is between 16000 Main and Kop Parkway & Main. Watch for signs.
Leaving via Uber & Lyft - There will be no option to be picked up at Lakefront Park, Main Avenue, Dakota, County Road 21, or TH 13. Ride share pickups will take place at Prior Lake High School so Uber/Lyft riders should take shuttle bus to that parking lot.

Is there a Lost & Found?
Yes, Lost & Found is located within the Info Booth during the event, or please call 952-239-0034 where a more complete answer will be given.
Is there Will Call?
Yes, there is a Will Call and it will be located at the Main Gate (where shuttles arrive). Use VIP line for Will Call.
